Port San Antonio has scored a strategic hire to catapult its cybersecurity business development. Will Garrett joins the Port Tuesday as its new vice president and director of cybersecurity development.  Garrett comes to the Port from the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce where he was the executive director of the Chamber's Cybersecurity San Antonio for almost four years.
