Looking forward, it is reasonable to expect more power generation from other sources including solar photovoltaic and wind. These sources are variable, thus driving variability into the supply portion of the power grid. New Tools & Technology for Recruitment – Recruit Smarter Not Harder Presented by: San Antonio Talent Acquisition Group

This meet-up will discuss the new tools and technologies that are being utilized by companies to supplement and improve their recruitment process. They either can’t get enough applicants or the applicants they are receiving don’t have the skill and experience that they desire to fill the role. 20 years ago there were 3 job boards, today there are over 100,000. While even 5 – 6 years ago people were able to post a position on a job board and get the candidates they need, that isn’t the landscape we see today. If companies aren’t able to find the candidates they need using traditional methods, then what are they doing to find the prospects that they believe would make an ideal candidate?
