A consortium of scientists from San Antonio's four largest research institutions won a $200,000 grant to fund COVID-19 vaccine development. Earlier this year, UT Health San Antonio launched TechNovum, a new technology commercialization accelerator for faculty researchers interested in developing their inventions for the market.
